redesign old character

I did not have a clear idea of this character, I wanted to do something like a girl owl with hooves with his staff. In my head all mixed up ideas and I'm stuck at half work. It was about eight months ago, or more. I found the problem that I can not bring the idea to the end that really upset me. Recently, friends have asked me why I do not upload anything, I showed them the work that I can not bring to the end and came across this character. I thought - hmm, there may be something to fix. The result you see in front of you. The idea is lost in time and space, but as a whole it is already possible to watch without wiping the blood from eyes.
